    Videos with a run time of around 2 minutes have the best engagement levels. After 2 minutes there is a significant drop in engagement. However, this does depend on the platform you are using to reach your target audience. It is best to have a range of video lengths within your marketing asset portfolio to use across different platforms. 

    While there is a drop in engagement after 2 minutes, videos with extended content can be effective. If you can keep user interest for 6 minutes there is hardly any decline in viewing after that point. These longer videos can be used to give more in depth information about how your product or services works, as well as, how to guide for use. Long-form videos can be effective with warmer, engaged leads who require that extra push to convert.
